Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred by customers as part of the shipping process. If a parcel is returned to Kaysline due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect shipping details, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and the cost of re-delivery. These charges must be settled before the parcel is re-sent.

Returns and Refunds 

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product received was defective or incorrect. However, returns will only be accepted if you notify us in advance at returns@kaysline.com and receive a return authorization.
