Kaysline is not responsible for any custom fees, taxes, or tariffs applied to orders outside of the United Kingdom. These charges are strictly the customer's responsibility. For more accurate information regarding this, please contact your local courier. Any rejected parcels due to unpaid import taxes/duties will not be refunded.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address in the appropriate format when placing your order. Kaysline cannot be held responsible for incorrect or mistyped addresses. We are unable to refund or resend the other unless a new purchase has been placed. If you have any concerns regarding your delivery address, please contact us at info@kaysline.com.
Orders are typically processed within two working days; during busier periods, this may take slightly longer, although we do strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Bank holidays and weekends may affect the processing and delivery times. Once your order has been dispatched, the selected courier will manage the delivery process.

If a parcel is returned to Kaysline due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect shipping details, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and the cost of re-delivery. These charges must be settled before the parcel is re-sent.
